We believe in giving our tenants the best customer experience. 

We have a complete set of tools and resources to make your stay with us more comfortable and rewarding. Tenants are able to submit maintenance requests, make rent payments or just to drop us a line.  We love hearing from our tenants on how we can improve our services. Use our online Tenant Portal to take advantage of our online tools for your account.  Via your Tenant Portal you have access to:

TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Pay rent on time.

  • Pay utility charges unless otherwise agreed to

  • Maintain grass and all landscaping

  • Keep the premises clean.

  • Keep the premises safe.

  • Cause no unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

  • Dispose of garbage properly.

  • Comply with all applicable HOA community rules and city ordinance.

  • Be responsible for all damages.

  • Not deliberately destroy, deface, damage, or remove any part of the premises or allow anyone else to do so.
