
ADDITIONAL FEES NOTICE
Before applying for a rental home, please carefully review our rental criteria and required fees.
In addition to the monthly base rent, all approved residents are required to enroll in our Resident Benefit Package at a cost of $32 per month. This package includes mandatory renters liability insurance coverage.
A one-time administrative fee of $250 is required and must be paid prior to move-in.
If an applicant has a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $400 is required. This fee includes a $150 pet documentation/processing fee.
By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to these required fees and program enrollment.
