    Antonio D. Gipson, BBA  

    President | Director of Portfolio Operations 

    Antonio Gipson is the President of JoGip Property Management, a Dallas-based firm that specializes in managing single-family rental homes. He leads the company’s long-term strategic direction and oversees company operations. With 18 years of experience in all areas of property management, Mr. Gipson has built JoGip Property Management into an industry leader with over $180M in assets.

     

    He obtained a business degree from Sam Houston State University and also attended Navarro College. He is an avid creator and golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.

    Vicki Sun, CPA 

    Senior Accountant 

    Vicki Sun is the Senior Accountant for JoGip Property Management. She has over four years of experience in accounting and business financial management. Ms. Sun is responsible for the accounting and finance activities. In addition, she enhances company policies and procedures to further enhance service excellence. Vicki has acquired dual master’s degrees in Management Science and Accounting from University of Texas at Dallas. In addition, she has passed all CPA exams. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, eating healthy and watching movies.

    Jacqueline Gipson 

    Leasing Manager | Realtor 

    Jacqueline Gipson is the Leasing Manager with JoGip Property Management. For the past 14 years she has served the company in multiple capacities.  Her contributions to the growth and the success of the company is unmeasurable.  Ms. Gipson is responsible for all leasing functions. She also coordinates and processes tenant move outs. In addition, Jacqueline is a licensed Texas real estate agent and notary.   In her personal time, she enjoys  listening to music, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.   Jacqueline has two adult daughters.

    Trent Endicott

    Property Manager - Field Operations 

    Trent Endicott is the Property Manager of Field Operations.  He has years of experience in single family property management and is responsible for supervision of work and repairs at job sites and management and coordination of subcontractors, technicians and vendors. Mr. Endicott's previous experience includes property rehabs, maintenance coordination, and site management. He is an Army Veteran where he served our country for 8 years.  In his free time, he enjoys working with his hands, binge watching television shows, and making customized arcade cabinets.

    Monique McClure

    Property Manager - Maintenance Coordinator 

    Monique McClure serves as Property Manager of Maintenance and has been with the company for almost two years.  She has years of experience in the residential service industry. Mrs. McClure is  responsible for facilitating and coordinating maintenance requests for occupied properties. Prior to joining the company, she worked as a dispatcher, administrative assistant and project manager in the cable industry.  She is a mother of two boys and wife to her husband for nearly 20 years.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world and trying new cuisines. 

    Alex Olivas

    Lead Maintenance 

    Alex Rodiguez serves as the lead maintenance technician. His primary responsibilities include coordinating maintenance requests among owners, tenants, and vendors, as well as providing assistance to owners and tenants about inquiries they have regarding the maintenance of their properties.  In his spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with family and cheering on his favorite football team, the San Fransicso 49ers.

    Israel Arellano 

    Lead Maintenance 

    Israel Arellano serves as Lead Maintenance technician. His primary responsibilities include coordinating maintenance requests among owners, tenants, and vendors, as well as providing assistance to owners and tenants about any inquiries they have regarding the maintenance of their properties.  In his spare time, Israel enjoys spending time with family and attending church services. 

    Yvette Chavez

    Client Success Representative 

    Yvette Chavez serves as the Client Success Representative. Her current position reflects her strengths as a customer service professional and emphasizes her abilities to assist others. Ms. Chavez’s responsibilities includes assisting property owners and new residents, as well as facilitating property management inquiries. Prior to joining the company, she worked in the home health industry for 12 years.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her young son and dancing.
